Us: The underworld bank architect to be sentenced next month


Hieu Minh Ngo, the founder of Liberty Reserve, an underworld bank was arrested in 2011 after years of trail by the US secret service.  Among the services Ngo provided in his underworld bank included banking, money transfer, stealing and selling personal information and social security numbers to criminals who would use the information to still from unsuspecting individuals. Transact business in his bank; one needed only an email address. Ngo successfully stole personal information for 200 million US citizens, about two thirds of the population. Ngo was found guilty and is awaiting sentencing next month.
